Ciara's Bootcamp

Monday, 6:30am – 7am

Details

This class is a boot camp class that consists of a combo of bodyweight exercise, strength exercises and cardio. The perfect class to kick your week off and get your body moving. Perfect for all abilities!

Boxing (Fight Club)

Tuesday- 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Details

This class is not your normal boxing exercise class. True PTs boxing with Ryan is a mixture of a little technique (for safety), drills and games as well as finishing with a final flurry to make sure you've feel like you have got your heart and lungs working.

This class is perfect if you want to learn a new skill, have some fun and listen to some bad music.

Core with Ciara

Wednesday- 6:30pm - 7pm

Details

Core with Ciara is a 30-minute class solely focused on developing your core stability and strength. Exercises in this class are incorporated to optimize the development and activation of your core, and key supporting muscles such as your lower back and glutes.

Thursday,  6:30pm - 7pm

Details

“Every minute on the minute”. EMOM is an intense full body workout that focuses on increasing aerobic capacity and strengthening all the major muscle groups. You will be challenged to complete an exercise for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. The remaining time within the minute is your recovery time
If you are looking for an all-encompassing, high energy class to start your week, EMOM is the one for you.

Saturday Sweat

Saturday- 8:30am - 9am

Saturday- 9am - 9:30am

Details

Sweat is a full body program that combines cardio and functional training in a high intensity interval format. With the use of body weight, resistance and cardio exercises it is guaranteed to take your training to the next level

The class is a great way to finish up a week and get your weekend started right.

Elevate 

Monday- 6:30pm - 7pm with Ciara

Tuesday- 6:30am-7am with Ellie

Details

This is a 30 minute time based circuit class. 50% of the participants are on cardio based equipment/exercises and the other 50% are on a circuit station. Once all circuit stations are complete you swap over. Expect to get hot and sweaty in this class, with an elevation of your heart rate paired with an elevation in body temperature. The perfect class if you are trying to improve your high intensity fitness capacity.

This is one of our most popular classes hence why it is run twice a week to suit both the early risers and after work grinders

Fire-Starter with Ryan

Wednesday,6:30am - 7am

Friday- 7am- 7:30am
Details

This early morning class is a mixture of high intensity interval training, body weight and strength training. Aim of the class is to improve both cardiovascular fitness and strength. The class caters all fitness levels with a plenty of modifications for everyone. A great way to start the day with a good music, hard work and plenty of laughs.

Butts & Guts with Ciara

Thursday- 6:30am - 7am

Details

This class is a hybrid class that focuses on both core development (strength and stability) and glute development and activation. In this class you will be using your body weight as resistance for the core portion of the class and the very under utilised sometimes under-appreciated mini-band/ booty band which will be sure to get your glutes fired up.

AMRAP

Friday- 9:30am - 10am

Details

"As Many Rounds As Possible" AMRAP is an intense muscular and cardio vascular endurance building workout. It consists of a selection of bodyweight and functional exercises that you complete in sequence for a set amount of reps. The aim is to do as many rounds of the workout as you can within the given time.

This is a go at your own pace workout and is perfect for any fitness level as it easy to set targets based on your own fitness and challenge yourself.

Yoga with Louise

Saturday- 9:30am – 10:15am 

Details

Yin yoga is a great way to help your body heal at a deep level, your tendons, ligaments and joint capsules, bones and organs are strengthened and nourished through pulling(Tension) and pressurising (compression) in longer held shapes. It also works directly on the fascia to help alleviate chronic patterns of pain.
The class also includes some Myo-fascial Release work which magnifies results.
